Elam Enterprise Ltd. is offering the following:

  • Services to craft digital solutions &/or design and develop software for your business (includes website, web application and or native apps for apple & android smart phones
  • Support & Maintenance
  • Consulting services in the following areas: cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain technology, e-commerce, digital streaming, web sites, web applications, and native apps for apple and android platforms

Terms (subject to project scope and agreement between all parties):

  • An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) within 1-3 years
    • MVP is a version of a product with just enough features to satisfy early customers and provide feedback for future product development.
  • Agile software development approach for a period of 10 years
    • software development under which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams and their customer(s)/end user(s). It advocates adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continual improvement, and it encourages rapid and flexible response to change.

The value of the Solution Services offered by Elam Enterprise Ltd is calculated as follows:

  • An hourly rate of $150 – $200
    • 20 – 40 hours/week
    • A salary rate around $312,000 per year
  • A project duration of 10 years (includes an MVP-Minimum Viable Product in 1-3 years, then iterative feature development for the remaining years)
  • Total Value of Services = $2-3 million (salary rate X 10yrs)

In EXCHANGE, I’m looking for either of the following housing scenarios:

NOTE: Terms of agreement is subject to both parties approval

  • Scenario 1
    • A house valued between $500K – $1.5million
      It can be free and clear now or by the end of our agreement
    • A Contract-For-Deed agreement can be signed to start work, then a free and clear Deed may be issued upon completion of project
  • Scenario 2
    • A leasing/rental agreement for housing that meet the *required minimum home features* below
    • Lease/rental duration of 10years
    • Lease/rental amount plus utilities covered by the lessor under the terms of our agreement

*Required Minimum Home Features

  • 3 bedrooms +
  • 2 bathrooms +
  • School rating of 7+
    • If rating is below 7
      • then pending my wife’s and I ability to enroll our children in a Charter School (there could be a waiting list)
      • Or an arrangement to include the cost of private school for 2 children for the duration of our 10year agreement but not to exceed the value of the services promised under the agreement.

  • 5 bedrooms+
  • finished basement with bathroom for In-Laws OR In-Law suite
  • backyard for children to play

NOTE: Exchanges of this nature are considered taxable per the IRS see more about this here Barter Exchange. This in my opinion could be a win/win for both parties. Since an exchange of this nature is treated as income on paper, as an S-Corporation, Elam Enterprise Ltd. is able to show it continues to remain operational, generate revenue and show growth.
